Built for telecoms field crews. Reads free-text WhatsApp reports, classifies each work point as done, blocked or unclear, writes it to Google Sheets, and alerts the manager on anything blocked. Asks the engineer a follow-up when the message doesn't say enough.

Field workers send reports and photos through Telegram. Everything is stored against the job in a database. A manager can message the bot to pull back a specific report or the photos from a specific site.
